Kenneth W. Hagans
Kenneth W. Hagans practices in the areas of general and complex civil litigation, personal injury, legal malpractice, bankruptcy, and estate planning. He was admitted to the Maryland State Bar in 2009 and the District of Columbia Bar in 2016.
Prior to joining Henderson Law, Mr. Hagans served as a law clerk for the Honorable Larnzell Martin, Jr. (Ret.) of the Circuit Court for Prince George’s County, Maryland and as a staff attorney for Maryland Legal Aid Bureau, Inc., in addition to holding other legal positions.
Mr. Hagans obtained his undergraduate degree in Sociology with a concentration in Criminal Justice in 2004 from Bowie State University in Bowie, Maryland. While attending Bowie State University, Mr. Hagans worked as a student legal assistant for the Department of Justice Civil Division and Tax Division. After graduating, Mr. Hagans obtained his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law. While in law school, Mr. Hagans worked for the Department of the Interior, served as a Member of the Moot Court Board and received the Best Oral Speaker in the Spring 2005 Lawyering Process Section.
