Mark G. Chalpin is a seasoned attorney with over three decades of legal experience. Since establishing his own law practice in 1997, Mark has dedicated his career to providing exceptional representation in the areas of legal malpractice and civil litigation. His practice is rooted in the state of Maryland, where he has built a reputation for his excellent oral and written advocacy skills.
Before founding his practice, Mark served as an attorney for two federal agencies, where he honed his legal expertise in complex regulatory matters. He also worked as a lobbyist for two national trade associations, gaining valuable insight into legislative processes and advocacy. These experiences have shaped his comprehensive approach to the law and his ability to navigate multifaceted legal challenges.
Mark’s academic credentials are equally impressive. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Stanford University in 1977 and went on to receive his Juris Doctor from the University of California, Berkeley, Boalt Hall School of Law in 1982. Mark is admitted to practice in Maryland, the U.S. District Court for Maryland, the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. His extensive bar admissions underscore his ability to handle cases across a variety of jurisdictions.
